Cooking classes
Learn how to create delicious and nutritious meals in the comfort of your own kitchen! In these cooking classes, I’ll come to your home and demonstrate several delicious recipes in accordance with your diet (plant-based, paleo, gluten-free, sugar-free, etc.).

Since 2019, I’ve worked internationally as a retreat chef, crafting thoughtful, seasonal menus and adapting seamlessly to diverse cultural and culinary environments. from detox to vegetarian and vegan, gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free and more.

We had the pleasure of working with Marie recently on our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Bali. She went to the hotel two weeks prior to the start of the course and integrated with the local kitchen staff (who absolutely loved her) and created a vegan menu that got raved reviews from all students all month long. She creatively infused flavors from locally sourced produce into a rotating 4-week meal plan that was balanced, unique and so so delicious.
